Terms

PreferenceID mints a public, permanent identifier from text you submit. There is no login. Do not submit secrets, anyone else’s personal data, or anything you are not allowed to publish. IDs are not edited. A burn token returned once at mint can withdraw an ID so the text is no longer shown; that is not an edit. Profiles that @-reference a withdrawn ID keep their own text and show a “this preference was withdrawn” marker. We may rate-limit or refuse abuse. The service is provided as-is.

Privacy

Submitted text, structured fields, and derived hashes are stored and served publicly until withdrawn. We collect IP addresses for rate limits and bot checks (Turnstile). There is no account profile. Do not put health, financial, or children’s information here. A burn token lets the minter withdraw an object: the ID remains, the text is no longer served, and @-references show that it was withdrawn instead of disappearing.
